Successful woman
This project focuses on motivating and helping women to improve their position on the job market by developing both IT skills and a range of soft skills enabling women to compete for jobs or start their own businesses. Between September 2010 and April 2011 the project team offered a complete training package consisting of three courses – Personality, Career, and E-Woman. These courses were held seven times in six districts of the Moravian-Silesian Region. (More information in Czech)
The Moravian-Silesian Region: a byword for competitiveness
This project focuses on improving the quality and range of further education and training for employees and owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Moravian-Silesian Region, including recent start-ups. The project takes the form of blended learning, in which clients have direct contact with the trainer but can also schedule their study time to meet individual requirements, using any computer with an internet connection. Competencies for innovation
The aim of this project is to expand the range of education and training for managers of SMEs and business incubators in the Moravian-Silesian Region, focusing on innovation-driven business, creativity, market analysis and marketing strategies. (More information in Czech)
Adam and Eve
This project helps clients to strike an optimum balance between their work and personal life. The project includes seminars on a range of topics: work-life balance, equal opportunities (for example in job applications and interview procedures), and more. The project also provides courses for people planning to set up their own business who need a solid grounding in business skills (marketing, business plans, accounting). (More information in Czech)
