Subsidy management

The RDA provides consultancy services to support the management of subsidy projects during the implementation phase and throughout the sustainability period. Depending on the requirements and specifications of the subsidy provider, and based on information supplied by the subsidy holder, we can ensure that the entire subsidy project runs smoothly and according to plan.

Our services in subsidy management include:

• Drawing up monitoring reports on project implementation and payment applications (interim and final reports) including supporting documentation; drawing up monitoring reports throughout the sustainability period
• Compiling modified payment applications including supporting documentation
• Drawing up progress and status reports
• Consultancy on project changes and completion of relevant forms
• Consultancy on compliance with conditions concerning compulsory project publicity
• Consultancy and assistance in meetings and audits carried out by the subsidy provider
